4 months

Had my 16 week appointment yesterday
Heartbeat 150's (hmmmm, boy??)
Weight 159 (+16 ouch)
All is well so far with the baby. The Dr. did mention on my ultrasound that I had a subchorionic hemorrhage. Basically some blood is trapped between some walls or something like that. Not anything to be concerned about, it can cause miscarriage, but usually if you are in the early stages. If I can make it to 4 months, it usually means it has disappeared, or gotten smaller. They will check it on my next Ultrasound and make sure it is not causing any issues. Makes me a little nervous, and I am having thoughts between wishing the Dr. did not tell me, but also being mad that they have known for 6 weeks and did not tell me. I guess it is a blessing that I did not know. The Dr. also said most Dr.'s will not tell you because it is a non-issue. Now wondering if I had them with my other pregnancies. Hmmmm.

Still not feeling 100%. Which is so annoying. I am thinking back with fondness how I played tennis, went hiking, cleaned house daily, etc with my other pregnancies, and I still have to be dragged out of bed with this one. I am still running (or trotting more like it) but only about 2 miles, 3x a week. And it is getting more and more difficult, not sure how much longer I will do it. I can not wait to have energy again, I keep thinking it will be tomorrow. That will get me through.

NOV.17 we have our Ultrasound scheduled to find out what it is - I still have no clue, no inclinations, no anything. I am baffled with this one. But if it does turn out to be a boy, the way this pregnancy has gone, no more boys for me!!! :)

  1. I think its pretty cool that we are only a week apart. My third was my worst pregnancy...and it was a girl.
    Hope your feeling better soon.
